Located in The Sands Clubhouse, hanners is setting a benchmark in the surfcoast area. Under the leadership of Head Chef Rodney Lewis, hanners menu offers a mediterranean style of cuisine with french style influences.
From dishes like the twice baked goats cheese soufflé, charred asparagus, champagne and white truffle 'froth' to the baked ocean trout, zucchini flower and green prawn fritter, 'crushed' desiree potatoes, saffron orange sauce.
Whilst the surfcoast region provides some great food sources and wines, hanners is passionate about using local producers in all of the menus.
